| 1:30 pm | Irish Themed Canal Tour - Walk the old towpath with local author Russ Vandervoort and hear stories from the old canal days. Meet at Lock 2 park. Pre-registration is requested by not required. RSVP at 238-0809 or via email. |
| 3:00 pm | Opening Ceremonies at Waterford Harbor Visitor Center - immediately following ceremonies there will be a concert by the Scotia Glenville Pipe Band |
| 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm | "The Boys of Wexford" playing Irish folk music |
| 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm | Concert Under the Stars featuring the "Hair of the Dog" live on the Tug Grand Erie |
